Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance technical architectures.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Expert knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading agile teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Must be willing to relocate to Stockton, CA.
