Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, product, and data science teams.
- Utilize AI-driven sourcing platforms and predictive analytics to identify passive candidates.
- Partner with C-level executives to develop long-term workforce strategies and hiring plans.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for future expansion and critical skill gaps.
- Conduct immersive, modern interviews that reflect our company culture and values.
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages to enhance SEO and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to improve employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of placing specialized technical roles (Backend, Frontend, AI/ML).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles in hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
