Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical mentoring for junior and senior engineers alike.
- Drive the migration strategy to modern cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Identify potential risks in system architecture and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven infrastructure) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Proven experience leading high-scale distributed systems and large engineering teams.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience in designing fault-tolerant systems and implementing security best practices.
