Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026's core infrastructure.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability analysis to ensure system reliability under high load.
- Manage technical risks and drive the resolution of complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
