Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure across on-premise servers and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise-level hardware, software, and network systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and system upgrades efficiently.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business systems and perform regular system backups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, network engineering, or IT support.
- Eligibility to work in the US and willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B, O-1, etc.).
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
