Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of our 2026 strategic roadmap, identifying key growth opportunities and potential disruptions in the market landscape.
- Strategic Execution: Translate high-level strategic objectives into detailed execution plans, working closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and consumer behaviors to forecast 2026 trends and advise executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, fostering buy-in and ensuring transparency across the organization.
- Innovation Leadership: Champion a culture of innovation, driving initiatives that push the boundaries of our current capabilities for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or business development, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (3-5 year horizon) and influence strategic direction based on data.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to C-level executives.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current technology trends and the ability to assess their potential impact on the business.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
