Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and predictive modeling into core product suites.
- Oversee the architecture of next-generation scalable systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their viability for implementation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the engineering department.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading teams through significant digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Experience with futuristic tech adoption strategies or working in high-growth, high-velocity environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological capabilities.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
