Responsibilities
- Design scalable cloud-native architectures supporting US federal compliance requirements
- Lead development of microservices using .NET Core and Azure services
- Mentor junior engineers through our transatlantic mentorship program
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for secure deployment in regulated environments
- Collaborate with Washington DC product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for cross-border development standards
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime across US and UK infrastructures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building enterprise-grade .NET applications
- Expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD methodologies
- Strong understanding of US federal security protocols (NIST, FedRAMP)
- Proven experience mentoring distributed development teams
- AWS/Azure certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours for US collaboration (9 AM - 5 PM EST availability)
- Clearance eligibility (or willingness to obtain) for government contracts
