Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale, enterprise-level software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architecture discussions and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met across all projects.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and technical troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Washington, DC and pass a background check.
