Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on best practices and security.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Eligibility to work in the USA without sponsorship (or willingness to undergo the sponsorship process).
