Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cloud Management: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure engineering standards are met.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis to resolve system outages and performance bottlenecks.
- Compliance: Ensure all technical implementations adhere to industry best practices, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular) is required. Experience with AWS/GCP is a major plus.
- Visa Status: Eligibility to work in the US and willingness to participate in the visa sponsorship process.
- Language: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a global team.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management.
