Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using JavaScript and cloud technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with international teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure strict security standards are met.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing to empower the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a modern tech stack.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) required for cross-border collaboration.
- Experience with visa sponsorship processes is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage in a remote or hybrid environment.
