Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define requirements and drive project timelines.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to verify functionality and prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
