Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture planning, and testing.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing best practices for security and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
