The Role:
You will be responsible for architecting high-performance applications and leading technical initiatives that directly impact our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for code quality and testing.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Ability to obtain and maintain required work authorization in the United States.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
