Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and cloud-native applications using modern architectures.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making for engineering projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Identify technical debt and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and deliver high-quality software on tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to the San Jose, CA area for employment.
