Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the engineering team's technical standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain US work authorization; Visa sponsorship is available.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
