Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability in a cloud environment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go preferred).
- Strong proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Fresno, CA.
