Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C#).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language and modern web frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
