Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement product features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to enhance performance and reliability
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack applications
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript) and familiarity with multiple
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
