Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, analyze data, and propose technical solutions to improve system performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and best practices within the team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
