Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern languages (JavaScript, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
