Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Drive microservices modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement robust testing strategies and security best practices
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native patterns
- Strong background in containerization and orchestration
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio showcasing complex system designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
