Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable software solutions for high-traffic web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers alike.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and contribute to the evolution of our internal tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing robust code.
