Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while actively participating in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Agile Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code walkthroughs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX, as per the relocation policy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus.
