Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on best practices and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to system bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, NC, or work fully remote.
