Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.

- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user interactions and high system reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to technical documentation and establish coding standards to ensure maintainability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
