Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Conduct technical research and stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Omaha, NE, and hold valid US work authorization.
