Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full stack.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
