Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps automation initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement advanced monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana
- Drive cloud infrastructure modernization on AWS and GCP platforms
- Participate in architectural planning and technology stack evolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python/Java
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud services
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade microservices
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
