Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver high-fidelity features.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
