Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality software architecture using modern best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
