Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Node.js and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Translate HIPAA-compliant healthcare requirements into technical specs
- Drive performance optimization for high-traffic transactional systems
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement automated testing frameworks maintaining >95% coverage
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and serverless architectures
- Healthcare IT compliance knowledge (HIPAA/HITECH)
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record leading agile development teams
- Strong background in database optimization (PostgreSQL/Redis)
- Experience with cloud cost management strategies
