Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern languages and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and responsiveness.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote and hybrid team setting.
