Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems using modern languages and frameworks (Java, Python, React).
- Lead architecture planning sessions and contribute to technical roadmaps for large-scale projects.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
