Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications for our clients.
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and reliability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure security best practices are followed.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue.js).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
