Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design reviews to ensure scalability and security.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions to improve system stability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with deep knowledge of modern web technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
