In this position, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, implementation, and deployment.
- Identify technical debt and propose solutions to improve system reliability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
