Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement security-first DevOps practices (SAST/DAST)
- Collaborate with product teams on API design and roadmap
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blog
- Drive A/B testing culture for feature validation
Qualifications
- 5+ years backend development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or similar compiled languages
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Kubernetes and Docker orchestration experience
- Strong understanding of distributed systems design
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relocation commitment to Los Angeles area
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture
