Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high product stability and security.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a major backend language such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management systems (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
