Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and full-stack applications.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide technical mentorship to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and security standards.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements and automation strategies.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
