Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of features from conception to deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of code quality and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies for system optimization and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
