Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pass a technical interview.
