Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python and React.
- Collaborate with the QA team to implement automated testing strategies and ensure product stability.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis to resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and Python.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record of working with international teams or adapting to new environments.
- Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship currently or ability to obtain sponsorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
