Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure system reliability and security compliance.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first team.
- Current authorization to work in the US or eligibility for H1B Visa Sponsorship.
