The Role:
You will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable software solutions that drive our business forward. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance optimizations.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required for team collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Plano, TX.
