Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing workflows
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical debt
- Lead feature development in Agile/Scrum environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and serverless computing
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI/ArgoCD)
