Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Coding Standards: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define features and ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose solutions to modernize our existing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js is highly preferred.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
