Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to architectural standards across the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Testing: Implement and maintain automated testing strategies to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a Direct Hire environment.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
