Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Lead agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Strong AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications
